Fraudulent Business Practices The business practices of this place are crooked. Room 209 had old carpet and smelled musty. Later in the evening, I woke up with a severe asthma attack which made me very sick. When I informed the morning clerk, Souzan of the problem, she wanted to charge me $50 + tax more for the room exchange = same style of room, as well as an add'l $25.00. for my service dog after the dog was already registered the night before. I arrived and paid for my room. Went up to my room and found it a complete mess. Trash still in the room, bed unmade, empty bottle of wine on the table, bathroom in disarray. Now I am left to try to get my money back for a room I didn't occupy.Since I paid at the hotel, we'll see if Extended Stay of America Seattle-Bellevue makes it right by returning my money. On site person couldn't help and didn't offer to put me in a clean room or get my room cleaned. Had to again Uber to another hotel.

Bathroom was really dirty and the room smelled like strongly of Chinese food. Great location to TMobile campus.

The night employee had a language barrier. It took way too long to after a long day at work for him to execute what i went to the front desk for. Then his personal cellphone kept on ringing and he even answered it one time. He finally managed what I went in for, but that was after the fact that i had to explain repeatedly and directed him what he was supposed to do.
