Shower with mold all over and dirty toilets the room smells they need professional cleaners and maintenance

The room we stayed in was not equipped with as much as a glass to drink water out of. There were no sheets, pillows or blanket for the pull out bed. They could not even come to fix the snow storm on the TV when this was brought up to them 3 times. I would have also appreciated a garbage can in the washroom and the show tiles had mould on them. We were to check in at 3 pm but could not get into the room till after 4 pm. I was also surprised that the room was not made up the following day. So pay lots of money for the room but... read more

Poor Maintenance The bedsheets were not cleaned up. They have not been washed. I could see the hair on the blankets. There were no trash cans provided.

Dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke around every corner. Avoiding in the future.

Location is good. But breakfast and amenities is too poor.

The staff when we arrived ... listening very well coming or engaging. When I ask for an extra point it I was told I could walk to the laundry room with the attendant to get it. The bathroom did not have a wastebasket... The kleenex box was empty... And it was very little toilet paper on the roll and no extra in the room All and all... Very negative experience and I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone!

Check in was easy but once to my room it smelled funny, there was sticky stuff on the kitchen counter, and large green fuzz like hair on the shower wall. There were tons of bags flying around in the room. The kitchen isn’t supplied with anything and there’s not even a simple coffee maker present. In the early am, could hear everything through the walls. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Not a happy customer Needs attention to cleanliness and updating. Bfst was a No Go - only coffee and small muffin or granola bar. More suitable for long term not overnight

Location is very noisy. Noise continues all night. Telephone in room id not work. When front desk was contacted for help they replied I am front desk not IT person. No help was offered.
