The toilet was clogged when we checked in. Called for maintenance to fix the problem. The front desk brought a plunger for us to use ourselves. The toilet wasn’t working. We said we needed a different room. The new room was fine. When we requested towels and toiletries, they provided towels but were out of shampoo and other toiletries. The breakfast that said was provided was nothing more than coffee or tea. Instant oatmeal and granola bars. I was very disappointed in the property.

Other Than Location, Disappointed! No towels or soap in bathroom. Smoke detector disconnected by previous guest and still laying on dresser. Long hair on pillow. No cups or utensils of any kind in bathroom or kitchen! Door not fitted well so traffic from nearby interstate was loud all night. Sorry to learn this place has deteriorated from previous stays. Only good thing was proximity to places i was going.

It’s always dirty and dusty, old, smells, You guys have to take care of the property more

Would not recommend this place as our blankets and shower were dirty

The front desk guy didn’t seem very friendly. I said hi checking in and his response was yea. Maybe he needs training in being hospitable.

Very disappointed. Mold all around the tub and a broken toilet paper holder. Obvious that no manager checks the rooms. That mold did not grow overnight! I do not consider a vending machine muffin and a cup of coffee breakfast....

Very disappointed to stay here - No daily house keeping - No breakfast ( No Coffee) - When i went there around 8:30 AM It's really cheating
