とにかく 従業員教育が必要。宿泊客に対する対応が非常に悪く口の利き方もなっていない。アジア系の男性従業員がその最たるもので、ホテルの従業員としての自覚がない。ホテルの評価を下げホテルの評価点が悪いのも理解できる。他の従業員はまともだが女性従業員は依頼事項の対処が全くできなく放置された。 今後の改善点は ①宿泊客が気持よく泊まれるよう考えるべき。 ②受けた依頼事項は必ず実行する。 ③質の割に値段が高すぎ ④朝食付きと明記しているが、あれは朝食ではない ➄部屋の掃除をしないのであれば宿泊料を大幅に下げるべき ⑥部屋が汚なすぎ

Bring your hiking boots or 4-wheel drive vehicle.. Had no knowledge of the hotel on top of a steep hill. The location is only convenient for people doing business in the T-Mobile HQ. Otherwise, skip this place.

普通の感覚からすると大問題 立地条件の良さからここ何度か一週間の滞在期間で利用してるが、今回は最悪でした。 チェック・アウト前日の夜に、シャワーを使おうとしたが、バスタブの中が小さな蟻が沢山うようよし、次の朝も同じで気持ち悪く結局使用せず。マネージャーらしき男性に確認してもらったが、 対応はバスタブと壁との間に出来た小さの穴を見て、あー、後でペンキ塗っとくから・・・ 建物自体が古いせいもあるが、落ち度の無いお客に対して考えられない対応。 クレームするのも面倒になり、結局選ぶのはこっちだよな・・とホテルを後にした次第。
