les, who checked us in, was rude, as he was each time we dealt with him. we did not have enough towels, plate, blankets etc & he was put out to get them to us. others afterward were much nicer, but meanwhile, we'd already gotten our 1st impression.. the room was sold to us stating it fit four people, but the fold-out couch was a single. we made do by purchasing our own blow-up bed. parking was near-impossible during day and early eve due to lot being used for valet. there is no place to be comfortable outside, no clean seati... read more

unhappy customer This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. We arrived at about midnight. luckily our room keys were already set out for after-hours hotel staff to manage. when we entered our room (king size bed + pull out sofa bed) we immediately realized the place was sub-par. our linen and towels were old and thin, our pull out did not have any sheets or blankets, they were nowhere to be found as i opened every drawer looking for them. our a/c did not work and we had to run the fan all night long in order to get some ai... read more

Beautiful property with great location. I booked the king suite for the fold out couch bed so my son could have his own bed. There was no linen or blankets for the fold out bed and staff was gone by the time we got back to the room. I had to share linens and blankets from my bed. Made for an uncomfortable night.

USED TO BE....a clean value for the expense....but Beds were terrible! Carpet wasn't cleaned for some time. At check-out I had to INSIST for a paper receipt as the front desk clerk said 'because it was an internet Expedia booking' that they don't give receipts. After insisting that I be provided a summary of charges and proof of my card charges, I was finally able to 'check-out'. Perhaps for the final time. Not recommended.

Beds were not clean. Sheets were full of hair. The overall cleanliness did not meet my standards.
