No ice machine ,no computer for guest use, no pen or paper in room ,key lock on back door would not work

I and my family were very disappointed in this hotel, the service, the cleanliness, and responses we got sometimes. As soon as we walked into our room 306, i found the kitchen counter gross and filthy. I put my hand down on the counter and it was dirty, grimy, and i stepped out into the hallway to find a maid and asked her to clean the counter please. When I arrived they had me booked into 1 room. But key would not work. So they swithed me to a different room. Spent 3 days. First day room not cleaned by house keeping. Then toilet leaked and hair all over shower. Didnt seem staff cared. As for breakfast. It consisted of coffee and packets of oatmeal and some muffins and. bars. But for company stay. It worked..Just dont expect much. Nice parking and where to eat though.

Filthy I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Noisy, dirty and unwelcoming.

Worst hotel experience Paid 150$ for 2 beds on which I wasn't travelling with a business partner, upon arrival find out there aren't any two beds available and with no prior notice we arrived and were offered a cot with a discounted rate. When walking into our hotel the room was filthy, counter tops still coveeed in sticky goo, the bathroom I took the white face cloth to see how clean it was and it was black with one wipe. Convenient to Kent industrial area. Rooms decent, but public areas dirty and not well maintained. Very minimal continental breakfast options and didn't restock breakfast area. Showers were not especially hot.

Horrible smoking room We booked a non smoking room but at check in we were told they’re all out of non smoking rooms and have only smoking rooms available. The front desk lady gave us febreeze “in case we needed it”. Then another lady showed up at the front desk and said she cleaned the room and it was not bad in terms of the smoking smell.
