The room was dirty and smelled. I didn’t feel my belongings were safe. The staff, on the other hand, were very friendly.

Bad Hotel I got a Very dirty room. There were No pillow covers, No blanket, Sheets were not changed after the previous checkout.

I had prepaid for a king bed suite but was given a queen. The hotel blamed Expedia for booking it as a queen however the hotel's paperwork said king all over it. When we talked to the receptionist about the problem she was very rude and basically told us it wasn't their fault and there was nothing she could do. To top it off, we also had to carry our own towels to the room. HORRIBLE HOTEL. Would never go back even if the room was free.

Convenient location, check in counter was sticky, room was dirty, sheets not changed hair and tissue found in the bed, garbage under bed, no linens, one plastic cup, no dishes in unit with kitchen, room above us had children jumping off bed until well after midnight and hotel management was called twice but no change in noise level, continental breakfast was coffee and a granola bar.

Not a nice place The room was not very clean. It had the smell of smoke. There was grime in the bathroom, and no towels. There was a hole in the walll. It was not a positive way to start vacation.

We booked 2 queen beds room, but they don’t have at the time and they told us to wait for 1 hr. They finally gave us the room, but when we got in the room we found out it was a one king bed room. We complained and they told us that they will return the money and go somewhere if we don’t want .

We had booked a room with 2 beds more than a week before and pre paid. We got up to our room and there was only one bed. We went down to the front desk and was told that they had over booked and that's all that was left and no fold out cots either. They finally gave us a room that they were holding for someone else. The room had holes in the wall, was noisy and only had to towels and no bath mat. Definitely won't be coming back.
