Rude people and then they wouldn't let you son's girlfriend back into the room and start a big problem and no one slept in the room and I want my money back

I just left the place 30 minutes later Somebody trying to open the room door for 3 time was scary I don want to go back again

Front desk was VERY friendly and helpful I give them five stars... as for the room where to begin the tub dripped due to a leak 24/7, the room smelled dirty like the carpet hadn’t been clean in a while, there were two chairs in the room that has clear signs of stains and dirt/mud on them at anytime in the day I was on the room I could hear conversations from either outside or in the rooms next door, making me realize that the walls were paper thin making it harder for me to get any work done in the room I could goto my car a... read more

I came about 11:10pm the door was lock and I keep calling no one answer so I went look for another hotel

stupid. the corporate office told me i could be 18 years or older to check in but when i got there the lady said no i couldn’t be 18 and she argued with me until she called corporate and they told her i could be 18+ to check in. it was a stupid ordeal. the whole hotel smelt terrible like old french fries. it was dirty and just grungy.
