There was a lack of blankets, the bathroom door did not latch (alignment) , and this was the second room! The first room had a cabinet door in the kitchen leaning on the refrigerator!

Very dated and worn out property. Kitchen sink dripped. hard mattress, coarse bedding, all pillows were different materials. Couldn't wait to check out.

The first room we were given. The room still had sheets on a pile. My option I believe when you walk into a hotel room the room should smell like it was just cleaned. The towels should smell like bleach, the towels do not even smell like they were even washed. All white sheets, towels, should have a light to medium smell of bleach.

They were rude and unprofessional i had to call the front desk three times for dishes
