Staff was trying to be helpful. Some of the third floor customers were smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their rooms. We sense other more illegal activities might be taking place. A lot of people were exiting the building from the back entrance. A Mukilteo police cruiser was circling the building early in the morning. Our room had no TP or bath towels. The window had been left open, likely by the cleaning staff to air out the cigarette odor.

Terrible Smells! Terrible smells. No warning that housekeeping is done once a week

Supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but as soon ss we exited the elevator onto the third floor, the hallway reeked of cigarettes. The female at reception was nice enough to give us a refund but it was very inconvenient as we couldnt find another hotel in our budget so ended up sleeping in our vehicle.

Was given a room that wasn’t clean and someone recently checked out. Loose dog in the check in area that belongs to the staff. Horrible service

Now on my where not to stay list! We were give a room that someone already occupied when we attempted to enter! Red, the attendant kept blaming mistake on her boss! Then given a room that was supposed to be handicapped, and close to the elevator, but had to walk almost to the end of the hall to get to the room! Building needs a good shampooing, smelled like old cigarettes.

See above. Never got there. They canceled our reservation about 30 minutes before we arrived.
It seemed quiet. The kind gal at the front desk did a great job despite the predicaments of travelers who had booked a room and had to be turned away.
