When I arrived the hotel at 10:30pm I was told that there was no room for me, even when I had reserved a room one month earlier. I was told that I needed to be overflowed to some hotel more than 6 miles away. We were having a tournament in the early morning the next day. It was too late for us to find another hotel.

Overbooking many times, let people struggling to find another property at the end, no solutions

Disorganized, inadequately staffed checkin in. We arrived at 6 PM and the only check in person had to physically inspect rooms to see if they were ready. We were told one of the housekeeping people hadn't shown up that day. The back area of the front desk looked cluttered, with sloppy stacks of papers that looked like they'd been there for months. Even though our room was labelled as smoking there was air of smoker smell in the room. We had to get the front desk to get us a Febreeze bottle to try freshen the smell but it was not effective. The 'Continental' breakfast was misleading as it was Coffee and breakfast bars. Disappointing stay for the amount of money spent.

I liked the location and the room itself was ok... But full sized beds are too small (compared to queens), the hallways and stair well smelled terribly like stale smoke, and it’s an absolute joke that they claim that “breakfast” is included... More like a granola bar, an oatmeal packet and a cup of coffee is included.

Bad smells in the property. Would not stay again. They need better options for breakfast.
