Smoking in Nonsmoking Room The room was a nonsmoking room, however, the room smelled terrible as though someone had smoked inside and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. I went to the front desk to see if I could get another room, but no one was working so I had to spend the night there. I have asthma so the smoke really bothered me and I had trouble breathing the next day. I told the front desk about it and I was offered compensation for my next visit, but I didn’t take it because I won’t be returning.

Bad customer service Picked up this hotel due to close proximity to Harbour Pointe Badminton court where we were participating for a tournament. The free breakfast is very misleading. They have some muffins, bars and coffee across reception. With kids with me I had asked for some additional service which they honor on request. But none of them were. I was turned away saying they had no availability even though i had my reservation and the website said they had many rooms available. I had no where to go on the middle of the night

Very outdated. Very noisey, could hear people above us all night. Something had spilt in ther elevator, stil hasn't been cleaned up when we left in the morning.
