Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Noisy surroundings. 3 am wake up by airliner over head, so close I thought it was going to land on the building. Walls paper thin, could hear someone snoring down the hall all night. People arguing in parking lot all hours of night. When I did finally get up at 5:30 am there was No coffee in room...very disappointing stay. Won’t go back.

The staff is very friendly, coffee is good but the amenities are terrible. Breakfast is a joke

The room was disgusting. There was a giant red stain on the carpet. The bedding was filthy and covered in stains. The counter had burn marks on it.

Decent location. Property was in need of a good cleaning and some routine maintenance. Someone else's razor and shampoo was still in the shower upon my arrival.

Don’t stay here The whole place smells like cigarettes. I was put in a smoking room. Didn’t know that was still a thing. I was moved to another room. The bed cover had burns in it. They didn’t note in the system that I had been moved. So when I tried to get in my room after dinner I couldn’t. Took an hour to clear it up.

When we first arrived....the room had NO toilet paper, No drinking glasses, and no remote control. On the day we left there was NO hot water. We were very disappointed in the hotel. It was in a nice area with a lot of eating places nearby. The room was fairly large.

Extended stay = extended nightmare Worst hotel experience of my life, they gave away our rooms, forced us into smoking rooms with the wrong beds, then once we checked in, the rooms were filthy and one room even had the beds unmade, random dirty clothes on the ground, stains everywhere and a half full bottle of booze on the table. Bed mattress terrible, no soap in bathroom, one-fourth toilet papet roll, no water glass in room. I had to go to office to get soap and water glass.
