Not what I expected out of an Extended Stay The hotel smelled bad, no coffee maker in room, there wasn’t even 1 plastic cup in the room.

Continental breakfast was a stand at front entry with hot chocolate and coffee. Coffee pot was always empty, and staff at front desk discussed that they were sick And was feeling like puking. Homeless people hung out on the stairwalls leaving there trash. Staff very unfriendly and when asked questions we had to talk to the manager Which was never there. Unprofessional and didnt sèem to care about the quests. Wouldnt stay there again.

Short staffed. Room was still not cleaned up from prior guest at my 7pm check in time. Waited 30'min for front desk girl to come check me in. She was no where to be found and couldn't be reached on the phone located inside lobby. Sucky service .

I booked this hotel because it show that breakfast included. Actually, breakfast never filled, then I asked hotel staff to help, they just say no more. So every day I have to go somewhere to have Breakfast. In room kitchen no pot, no plate, asked hotel staffs, they Said that all dirty, no clean one. No hair dryer provides, asked again, they rely ' all dryer stolen by customers '

Front desk never around, low speed internet, crap breakfast.

First and last stay at this place. Fire alarms pulled in the middle of the night, personal property stolen by staff when our backs were turned and unhelpful receptionist.

Checked in dead-tired at 2:15 am looking for a decent night's sleep. Checkout was *almost* 8 hours away, so we were gonna get as much shuteye as we could. Got to the room and immediately crashed into bed. BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG! Construction noise (reroofing) started shaking the whole building at 10am sharp ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! So much for getting a full night of sleep. 2박하는 동안 방과 전체 층에서 담배 냄새가 빠지지 않아서 괴로웠어요. 금연방이었는데도 담배냄새가 안 빠지더라구요. 쇼파와 바닥에 개 털이 너무 많았어요. 부엌과 침대 사이에 있는 전등도 고장나 있었고, 그릇과 식기류는 깨끗했지만 토스트기는 조금 더러웠어요. 저번에 다른 지역에서 이 체인점 숙소를 이용해 본 적이 있는데, 이 곳은 아침식사도 많이 부실했어요. 하지만, 숙소 바로 뒤에 마트가 있고 차타고 조금만 가면 쇼핑할 곳도 많아서 주변은 참 좋아요. 그리고 개인실마다 부엌시설이 있는것은 참 좋아요.
