I arrived to be told I didn’t have a reservation. It took them 45 minutes to figure out I did and get me checked in. Not a pleasant experience after a long trip

room was dirty when we checked in, floor was filthy and vanity top was also dirty.

May be great for dog lovers. Many big dogs in the hotel. Our room was supposed to be animal free but the bed linens smelled of dog. Otherwise clean and spartan. Staff not particularly knowledgeable. Will not go back

Although the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is run down and in need of an urgent renovation. The rug was filthy and the room did not offer pots/ pans/ cutlery, etc. The so-called "breakfast" was disappointing and comprised of coffee, instant oatmeal and pre-packaged muffins. (There was nothing else offered such as toast, cereal, etc.) There were no tables or chairs and the food was served from a small table near the check in desk. I booked the hotel and when i arrived the clerk told me they had over booked. The reason was the house keeper left without cleaning all the rooms.
