Room condition needs improvement Cockroach in the shower. Cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Very loud bathroom fan vent sounding like its bearing was going to seize any minute. Stains on the bedspread. Otherwise room ok.

Tub was dirty. You get what you pay for. Would not stay again.

Price isn't worth it. We had 24 hours to kill in Seattle, and found this hotel for a fairly decent price. You get what you pay for with this hotel. There was free breakfast (oatmeal, fruit, coffee) and free Wifi. Other than that, not much to brag about with this hotel.

filthy will never stay again very old facility. Our room was filthy and stinky. all cupboard doors were falling off and tons of hair on the bathroom floor. We will never stay at Extended stay America again.

Wouldn't recommend Room not ready for checkin until after 6 p.m. Broken door lock.

A hotel to avoid When checking in we were told that no non-smoking rooms were available. This was not acceptable to us so the woman at the front desk was able to move our booking to another location close by (Southcenter). When we entered the room it smelled very bad. We told the desk person and she brought a bottle of Fabreze to the room and sprayed the bed and carpet. (They've apparently had this complaint before hince the bottle af Fabreze being handy.) Only purchased due to lack of availability Place isn't that nice. Staff was rude, and the free breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Place doesn't have an ice machine. I won't stay again.

Disorganized Breakfast was a joke. Our air was not working so called the front desk. The young girl that came to our room to check it out said go to Walmart buy a fan and take it back when you Leave. We could not believe she said that.
