Watch for Rats! Well my holdiay was good my room was awful and way over priced .. I had family staying across the street for not much more then I paid.. and their room was beautiful .. we had rats in the back of the hotel we watched them running around. .The pull out couch was stained and was about an inch thick it was like sleeping on springs .. and the room smelled musty.. lesson learned for future not to stay at any extended stays.. staff was nice...

Not Impressed The first room they 'sent' me too didn't have a tv or a hairdryer. When the 'sent' me to another room (after handing me a hairdryer from the front desk)I got to the room underwhelmed. The tile in the shower had black mold, I was in the back of the hotel, didn't really feel very safe, the bed was hard. The only positive thing I can say about it was it was quiet. I couldn't take advantage of the 'free' breakfast as it was from 6-8 or something and I had to be at work at 6am. All in all I would never ever stay in ... read more

Under construction This place is under heavy construction and they have no regard for the guests. The workers smoking in the hallway next to my room so it came inside. Rooms old and dated bed like a rock. Out

Find another hotel chain This hotel is undergoing renovations (I wish someone had mentioned THAT)!!! The room stunk of mold (thinly masked with cheap room deodorizer) and the only person working the front desk could not give us directions to ANYWHERE !!! Really lousy start to our vacation..... I will NEVER patronize this hotel chain again!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

a good hard/firm bed that we liked the room was nice. it was just a very dirty and smelly assortment of hall ways to get there. the elevator is very very small, So try your best to stay on the ground floor and in the front. do not expect much from the breakfast provided. the mall is close by and there are some good places to eat there. If you like a nice clean place that you feel safe at? Do Not stay here.

a good hard bed in a small room please enter no more than 1500 characters - well yes there are urine stains that appear to be mostly animal/dog markings with just a few spots that were man laid. the butt suckers [smokers] litter the halls and they stink, even without smoking. the entire third floor that we walked was very smelly and dirty. a few of the "guests" must have chosen to mark their territory as some dogs had done along the halls. [yeesh] actually showering? the curtain is too small to cover it all [oh well. wet flo... read more

Shuttle issues I called the hotel two days early to find out shuttle hours, letting them no I would be in late. No problem. When I arrived in Seattle, I called the hotel for the shuttle and found out the driver had decided to go home early. When I finally got to the hotel, i ask the clerk about the shuttle for the next day. He put me on the list for the next day, after waiting 45 minutes, the desk clerk called me a cab, which they paid for. The desks clerks were pretty nice. The room was old, smelly, and the beds were very h... read more

Worse $100 spent on a hotel! We travel a lot--six months out of the year. We have stayed at hotels for $100/night with no problems, but this was the worse place I've ever spent any money! We asked for a non-smoking room because I am extremely allergic to cigarette smoke. The sign by the door said no smoking, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately complained (even before we unpacked our car), and the clerk just looked at me and said there wasn't anything else. We had to go buy heavy-duty spray just for cigarett... read more
