Asked for late check out got woken up early for normal check out time in a rude way

Breakfast was limited, just a coffee bar and few things. The place smelled like cigarettes from the outside to the hallways, the whole building needs renovation. The bathtub is dirty, shower curtain super old and dirty, the bed and pillows have a smell and stains. We felt very uncomfortable, was a one night stay and it was very late so we just decided to stay. Staff was polite and friendly.

It might be reasonable for the price, but although I booked a room with breakfast included, no breakfast was provided. The amenities were also disappointing, as there was only bar soap instead of body wash.

I booked a king-bed room at this Extended Stay location, but when I arrived to check in, I was told there were no more king rooms available. They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but things went downhill from there. As I walked down the hallway to look at the queen room, I noticed a dirty mop sitting in a bucket outside someone’s door, and the entire first-floor hallway had a strong smell similar to old apartment buildings. The room had items from previous reservations. The bathroom was dirty, and the room had a bad smell.

Parking was fine. Unable to get much sleep because of barking dogs well past midnight. Could hear TV and snoring next door most the night.

Was. The dirtiest room ever slept in. Smelt like rotten animals. The faucet leaked . I couldnt stand the smell so went and slept in car. I will never sleep here again.. better off renting a trash can .

They gave our room away when we didn't arrive on time, and they wont give us a refund. Stay away from this hotel its run very poorly.
