Smelled terrible in the building. My toilet leaked and made the floor a mess. The tub filled up when I took a shower. The light next to the bed did not work.

Convenient location, and the staff were very friendly. Looks great from the outside but the room was very dirty and rundown. It did not look like the photos in the booking site! The walls were even dirty. At least the linens and towels were clean, and you could tell because of the strong smell of chlorine bleach.

They did not honor my reservation and cancelled it. I will never book this hotel chain ever again.

I expected more from Extended Stay and received much less. The bedding was and old frayed fleece blanket and poorly washed sheet and wound up having to sleep in my jacket for warmth. The kitchen was poorly cleaned and hallway carpet in need of a thorough shampoo. We had to ask for the coffee maker and couldn’t use it because the staff didn’t want to give us sugar and powdered creamer packets. It was not worth the money and would’ve done better with the motel down the street.
