There was a dog barking constantly day and night and the hotel didn’t do anything to help. It was terrible!

Not a good stay for us. Initial looks are ok until we got our room….the whole 4th floor smelled like smoke and room had a very bad smell. The room was not clean and once we conducted our own inspection found bugs on bathroom and kitchen counters.

I was not happy I had no hot water in my room and they said they where working on it but it never got fixed

The property had no hot water they did not say anything when we checked. Had to leave and go somewhere else

We stayed there for a night. We checked in late, sometimes very close to midnight. The room keys did not work. I had to go to lobby 3 times to bring someone for help to open the room. Terrible thing is there was no hot water in the tap. It was a February night. Extremely cold water and it was even difficult to wash our hands. Calling the reception, we were advised to run water for 40 minutes to get warm water! We tried but it did not work well. What a wastage of resources!!!
