Never again will visit this hotel breakfast very poor service just coffee and small muffins and hot water no place to sit personal not friendly at all ……. I has much much to say in the bad way sorry

Nothing unique about the property. Room was dirty, we had to go to the front desk to change blankets and pillow cover. Manager never called us back regarding our concerns.

Our reservation was not found in the system and they sent us to a different location. Once we got there the staff asked us to pay again and we showed them the reservation. Then they called the hotel and the hotel found our reservation. We had to drive back to the original hotel where they gave us the room. Hotel was very smelly with zero room service. Breakfast should be advertised with muffins and coffee.

The smell in the hall was horrendous. It was like mildew meets death, and it took our breath away. The room itself didn’t have a smell and we were able to sleep, but we had no water in the shower, and only 2 outlets available in the whole room.

The staff working at arrival, was unwilling to do their job. Made us wait an hour for the next staff arrival. Most of the rest of the staff was not friendly. I did not feel welcomed at all. There were cockroaches in the room. The coffee is not breakfast, so don't include that it is offered.

First room had a flooding toilet, bathroom and kitchen floor flooded with toilet water. Second Dead bugs in shower, room filled with gnats, floor was missing chunks and had food smeared on it. Staff were friendly but seemed to accept that this is just the state of the hotel.
