Meh Terrible shower, tub/shower selector didn’t work so 90% of the water went down the drain. Room was very dusty and bathroom borderline dirty, okay after we cleaned it thoroughly. Generally the hotel looked dingey and overused. Staff was friendly and helpful with local map, etc. Would NOT stay here again.

The 5th floor was once a smoking floor and since has turned into a non smoking floor. You can still smell the smoke from the rooms and can tell on some of the fixtures in the room were still from when it was a smoking room. The smell really made for a rough night for me and my girlfriend who was a former smoker.

Unprofessional staff who were rude and broken soda machine

I have been staying here for about 3 months and I am really upset on how the management treats me. The manager that is currently on site I believe her name is Halina literally made me cry. There was a miss communication with the front desk agent and she thought I didn’t have intentions to make payment and she told me that I had to leave. I explained to her that her front desk agent asked me to wait till she got in so that she can charge me for my stay. The first room assigned was not cleaned. The amenities were not replenished. Floors were dirty. Air conditioner did not work well. Refrigerator needs cleaning. Door handles were dirty. Hallway carpets were not being vacuumed

I have been for 8 years now booking hotels threw expedia for trips and business never have i felt the need to review before this trip. The hotel was horrible. Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights of misery. Day one the bathtub drain was broken so my wife had to shove a rag in the drain to take a bath then the floor in the room wasnt level at all so the bottom legs on the bed were not tounching the floor which pretty much made the bed feel like a rocking chair. No ice machine, no working vending machines, staff never at desk and not helpful. Nothing in room typically in others, i. Shampoo, conditioner, etc. Small kitchenette not stocked with anything. Bed hard.

I drove three hours for a show at Met Life. When I arrived at Meadowlands parkway site, I was told they overbooked and I had to go to their other location several miles away. I had ALREADY PAID for this room weeks ago, I had two beds, and ended up staying in a room with one bed and one very small sofa convertible. In addition, I had to pay extra for taxis back and forth to met life, as Meadowlands site was only a mile away and the hotel they sent me to was several miles away. VERY UNHAPPY
