Dirty room and accused Room was dirty hair in the tub and at the end of our stay we were accused of smoking in ths room and neither one of us smoke

Sleepy head Service was impeccable as always but I asked for a room on the highest floor to minimize noise but was on the second floor and it was quite noisy,

Walked into my room and it smelled like smoke. Then one of our company cars got broken into. Police took forever to get there. On top of that there were vandalizers running through the hall banging on the guests doors. Woke me up like at 12 in the morning

staff member yelled at me s I was checking out. they never answered my calls from my room but the gentlemen actually came and yelled in front of staff members to get out. very unprofessional . will never stay there again
It’s pretty run down and the rooms need a complete overhaul. There wasn’t even a dust ruffle to cover the box spring or a single glass, plate or utensil in the kitchen. Extended Stay, you can do better.
