Odor The room smelled like cigarettes smoke

Horrible Experience Checked in to original room and heat didn’t work nor did the tv even have a power cord. So I went back downstairs to request another room. Which was next door so I walk in check the t.v and heat (which both were working). I sit my suitcase on the chair and look over at the bed. And I see about 4 to 5 bugs just relaxing on the bed as if they paid to be there. So I went back downstairs and the front desk clerk was nice and asked did I want another room. I replied it’s ok just a refund and I’ll be on my way.

Trash dump, not worth a 1 night stay The front desk clerks are rude. Not helpful never really at the desk. The room was missing basic items such as cups , soap and wash cloths. The hallways are littered with trash and debris. The stairways smell of urine. The room above me must have children or animals the noise from 1a to the time of check out. I got no sleep. I called the front desk they did NOTHING. I called the room my self to complain but they took the phone off the hook. I shouldn’t have to tell the clerk to send someo... read more

Not a good experience Not so good experience! Probably will never stay here again. My first room the dresser draws were sticking out. Requested another room, I was given a smoking room. The bedsheets was nasty and the floor was wet by the air conditioning. Very noisy floor didn't get any rest.
