Our room was not cleaned. Nasty place. I only thing was good was the front desk. They try to put us in another room. That room had mold in the bathroom.

Check-in and area was great, however, the room’s AC was very noisy and so was the refrigerator. The refrigerator’s door opens against the wall. The door should be hinged on the left side. We had a blackout which affected my preparations for a presentation and when I inquired about some form of redress was bluntly told no. Elevator bangs and knocks when on the move, wifi was poor and hotel wanted extra $$ for faster internet. The power went out for a few hours and they wouldn’t give a discount.

Smelly Smell, the pullout sofa mattress had lots of yellow stains, and the bathroom door can’t close.

I reseeved a room with a King size bed and we had to take a queen. It was my wife and my anniversary so that was a little disappointing. The really bad part of our stay is that it was the last room left and it smelled like rotten fish! We gagged and gagged but i guess we got accustomed to it and it was 1am when we arrived so we didnt have much choice. The check in staff was friendly. No problems at all with the staff.

The property was run down and smelled of cigarettes. There was no one at the check in desk when we arrived. We called and she appeared, but was surly and rude. We arrived at 12:58 am and were told there would be a $94 fee for “early arrival” even though we were only staying until the 10 am check out. We left and found a much nicer hotel for the same cost. Expedia was excellent and got ESA to refund my money. I would not stay at this hotel for free.
