Hairs, Stains, and overall Dirty Experience This hotel was disgusting from the moment I entered the lobby. That’s what I get for waiting until the last minute. I found hairs and stains on the bed sheets and because they were sold out, I couldn’t change rooms. But they were nice enough to give me a new set of sheets so I could remake the bed. Great service! The whole room smelled tobacco for non-smoking room. The room was surface clean.

For a group of 4 adults and 1 child, we had 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels, 2 plastic cups and 1 small bar of soap. When I called the desk and asked for more, I was told that we had the standard items and we could have more, but probably not until morning, because they have until 7 am to do that.

Good are, bad place to stay!! Trash wasn’t emptied... makes you wonder if the room was cleaned!! Couldn’t get xtra towels.. the staff talking about what they couldn’t do, never said what they could do!! Will not return!! Didn’t know animals were allowed and I don’t like animals!!

Expedia charged me more per night than the hotel would have charged me if I would have called then directly. I thought Expedia was to help get the lowest rates. Very disappointed in Expedia. The staff other than Virgina I thing was her name was absolutely horrible. The lady that checked us in gave up excellent service (Virginia). They had nothing to supply in the way of kitchen stuff. We were there 8 days got no pots and pans. Had to buy stuff myself
First room was dirty. The blanket had blood on it. The tub was dirty. Lampshades had stains and dusty. Trash wasnt emptied. The second room they put us in was a little better but the toilet wasnt ckean and the room had an odor of fried foods. We asked about housekeeping they told us it was a. Extra charge i was not paying for housekeeping and it was poorly done in both rooms.There was also spiders and ladybugs in the bathtub. I will not stay at this hotel again.
