No frills hotel. This is a no-frills hotel. Bring you own shampoo, cookware, coffee maker, silverware, or anything else you might expect to have in a kitchenette room. I could not get water hot enough for a satisfying shower, they charge extra to clean and change bedding, get clean towels, if you opt in the this extra service. They will sell you a coffee maker If you so desire and other amenities are available for sale if you need anything. That's a never return sentiment from my perspective.

I only like that its right off the freeway. You offer a kitchen with no pots, pans or utensils and charge for towels. The carpet was very sticky. This place sucks & I could go on. NEVER AGAIN!!

Absolutely nothing I couldn't tell because they canceled my reservation after I asked earlier in the day could I check in late they cancelled my reservation and when I asked about why the guy was nonchalant and didn't care about where I was going and how I was feeling

When we get there , there is no pillows , they knocked the door at 10,40am asking me to leave or charge me extra money !

Never Again Not good. Smell of smoke, Marijuana, Carpet not clean, hallways were musty. From desk personnel not readily available.

Hallway is dirty and smoke odor all over the place. They also charge for clean towels.

I checked in and let them know I had a dog with me. No mention of fees. Three nights in, I went to ask for towels and couldn’t get them and then they made me pay additional fees for my dog. The room had roaches. The ac unit would malfunction. Bed was hard as a rock.
