No Curtians to cover window so kids felt uncomfortable, no pool for us was a big thing. Even Motel 6 has one.

Filty! There isn’t a rate low enough to give this hotel!! I ended NOT staying there and being charged anyway! It was filthy, it was SMOKING, they had no lobby attendant after 10pm! I mistakenly choose this hotel thinking it was another in the same location, and that mistake cost me money and aggravation!

Room cleanliness was disgusting. Shoes sticking to the floor and a/c did not work properly and no employee available at desk to address issue to. Found hair in bathroom tub. Very disappointed with the condition of the room.

The one place’s front desk is TERRIBLE!! We arrived at 9.30pm and waited until 12.30am for someone to check us in. No one in the front desk, and no one answered the phone number the hotel left. When someone finally showed up, no apologies, no explanation, and even yelled at us when we asked what’s wrong! WHAt?!!! Have never have happen in my 20 years travel life...

Stench, moldy shower curtain, half roll toilet paper. Full kitchen yet no coffee pot , dishes or utensils.

Be worned this is not a hotel! This is a bargain basement YMCA like residence facility where people live permanently. They are up all hours of the night. After 3:00 p.m. the "check in" window closes. It's a roll up concession stand type window covering with nobody in the "office" We had to call a number to get the night attendant to come down at 11:45 at night to check us in. The receptionist had a dog at the desk. It was a pit bull which doesn’t have a great reputation. The bed in the room look as if it was falling apart and the mattress looked as it was pulled off the street. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even stay in the room. I would rather sleep in my car
