I Loved the Ladies who worked at the front desk and house keeping ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. General Manager has poor people and management skills. Ride and nasty to people for no reason.

I liked the easy room access from the front door. I didnt like the handicapped shower layout which would not stay positioned.

Comfortable Nice location the rooms are clean. Only complaint is there’s No breakfast or snack area just a overpriced vending machine but 711 is a couple minute walk so no big deal

Absolutely Fabulous My husband and I are very excited about this hotel. It's the first affordable economy extended stay hotel, that is 5 star all the way, from check to check out and everything in between. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels and motels around the world, in our extensive travels and This one is truly amazing. The staff and manager are the best thing about this place.😁😃😉

I liked the size of the rooms 323 square feet i didn't like there was no breakfast included

Friendly staff rooms were very clean just overall a great experience and great location where I was visiting for the weekend

Painfully slow check in The check-in process for all of these Hotel chain is slow as molasses. Every person behind the desk doesn't look like they know what they're supposed to do. I booked one location online and when I got there they said they didn't have any clean rooms because of a housekeeping shortage. So I booked a different woodspring Suites. I drove there and the check-in process was painfully slow. Doesn't look like the staff at any of these places has the tools to do their job well or they're not trained properly.
