This hotel was by far the worst I have stayed at. They would only provide 2 towels for a room and if you wanted more then you had to purchase them. If you were staying there longer than 14 days then they would provide them for you. Roaches were every where in the rooms. AC didnt work.

Horrible customer service This hotel is horrible. If you do not check in by 10:00pm they cancel your reservation and charge you with no exceptions. Our flights was delayed due to weather and this hotel refused to make an excuse. We had to pay two hotels fees for one night after a horrible time getting into town. They have zero compassion for anyone and don’t care as a long as they have their money. Do not book with them if you possibly could not be able to check in by 10pm!

Got into the hotel late and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me into the hotel. The room was very dirty and smelled like smoke.

There is no ventilation in the Restrooms which leaves all your clothes wet by the time your done showering,

Nothing in the room worked--toilets, electrical plugs, etc. Toilet was broken, backed up and i was told no other rooms were available. Best the front desk could offer was a plunger! That was a horrible response especially since the toilet would not flush. Will never stay there agsin! Had to call Expedia to finally get a room change, and that took an hour and a half!! Very disappointing, especially with my 2 year old bsby!! PLEASE DO BETTER AND OFFER BETTER, FASTER SERVICE!!!

Don't stay here. Lazy staff are hardly there and their front desk closes at 8! Plus they're so money grubby they charge for literally everything they don't give you immediately upon booking, then insist that they're not greedy; and it's not cheap too. They pretend it's to "allow guests to customize their stay without paying for things they don't need", while also being generally more expensive than the other hotels and offering LESS. Ventilation is the KEY... For the most part it was ok, just did not vacuum very well and I like to walk without my shoes but in this place I had to. The grounds were nice, it was the room features. Like the bathroom, this seem to be a issue with most cheap hotels. I wonder did they cut the ventilation out the equation somewhere? When has it been ok to not have a vent in a restroom. We were put in a room with no heat. They switched us to another room and the toilet didnt work. The beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Do not stay there
