The walls were so thin. We could hear people upstairs making all this noise, people opening and closing doors, the ac unit would work then shut off on its own with a loud noise that wasnt normal. A door near by would make a loud haunted house screech. This all was happening at 11pm when we were trying to go to sleep. The next day when we left we were so tired from no sleep.

Front desk staff not friendly. Overbooked and cancelled my reservation. Front desk staff was not very friendly through the process. Hotels.com took care of the situation though. Kudos to them for that.

Despite having confirmed my bookings with the staff 3 days prior to my travel, when I arrive, I am being told that they can’t find my reservation...

terrible no attendant at the desk? had to wait for some sleepy person to come down and let me in. took forever. what hotel doesn't have a 24 hour front desk???? room smelled like old Chinese food. woken up early, as in before the check out time. just terrible staff all the way around.

After 8pm no front desk help available Check in was great. I returned to my room on Saturday night at 10:30 pm and fire alarm in my room went off. No problems in room other than shower going. Could not get anyone to answer phone at front desk. Neighbors tried calling too. After about 8-10 minutes with alarm steadily going worker appears wanting to know “what do you want”. She went into the office area and alarm was silenced. I received a call from customer service and she stated that I could not stay in the shower too long. ... read more

Meh The room reeked of cigarettes & something else. We asked for a new room but they said they couldn’t move us. Otherwise it was an ok place, just basic. But the smell was really awful (& this was a non-smoking request).
