The room smelled like smoke and the elevator and halls smelled like alcohol and weed. There was a used dirty washcloth in the shower and the chair in the room had some sort of liquid stain dripping from it.

Fique atento aos detalhes A recepção estava fechada no momento que chegamos ao hotel, tinha um telefone para ligar e alguém vir atender, se vc não falar inglês não vai conseguir chamar o recepcionista, o quarto não é limpo diariamente, se vc quiser que troque as toalhas terá que levar as usadas na recepção e trocar por limpas, quarto e confortável, porém estes detalhes dificultaram a avaliação

First of all its a welfare flop house. People complaining about their food stamps, all while I have to wait for a room to be cleaned, or just to hold us up. Took a shower to freshen up after a long ride. None of the drains worked properly the sink nor the shower. Next morning i wanted a fresh towel because mine fell on the dirty floor. So I go to the maid in my nightgown asking for another towel, she told me that I had to go to the front desk and ask them for a fresh towel. Odeur constante de «pot» depuis l’entrée de l’établissement jusqu’à nos chambres. Aucun service aux chambres. Forte odeur d’humidité dans les chambres. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants donc l’odeur de «pot» n’avait pas sa place. Personnel à la réception froid et aucunement accueillant. Dommage car l’établissement est assez récent. Je le déconseille fortement à quiconque. Expédia devrait nous offrir un remboursement et ne devrait pas endosser un tel établissement.

Cockroaches infestation. Rouches everywhere.The black girl in the front desk is very unprofessional. And lies. Wouldn’t let me checkout after I told her I couldn’t stay at this hotel due to cockroaches. She Offer to change my room . The new room was full of roaches too. I booked for 10 days and didn’t have any more money to forfeit the money. This place sux.

Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis, per staff at front desk they clean every 14 days. You have to ask for towels every single day
