There were no shampoo or conditioner, the A/C didn’t see to cool the room enough, some of the cabinets were broken, the top of the fridge was dirty, and normally a king sized room has 4 pillows and there were only 3. The room wasn’t filthy, but it felt unclean because it looked like the place wasn’t being properly maintained. We decided to check out the same day we arrived because we weren’t comfortable enough to sleep there.
