Don’t expect the room you ordered I ordered a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa but was given a room with a single full size bed. When i talked to the clerk i was told it was first come first serve and what I ordered didn’t matter because they don’t hold rooms. They finally upgraded me from the single full size bed to a room with 2 full size beds. Condition of both room were not the best. Not horrible but not kept up. Pet Friendly for a reason Staff was great! Can't say enough about them. However this place is in serious need of a remodel. Not to mention there was a dirty hand print on the inside of my bathroom door, the shower curtain rod literally fell off when I touched it and the trash bins around the hotel were overflowing and remained that way for the 3 days I was there. I have stayed at many ES locations and I have to say this is not what I expected.
