Property needs updating bad! The bathroom floor was coming up, the room had a horrible smell constantly. Front desk not very welcoming or helpful. Overall not satisfied and would never stay there again!

Good price but not clean. Did not have breakfast that was advertised “free breakfast”.

Lobby had debris all over the carpet. Room had some new things like furniture and curtains like they are *trying* to update, but the bathroom desperately needs the grout cleaned out replaced (so gross). Water in shower wouldn't get hot (Brrr! Not the way I like to start my day!). Other guests were extremely loud past 11 PM (kids screaming and crying in the hall, someone running through halls) and staff did nothing even though it was very close to lobby and easily heard by them. Got no sleep. NEVER AGAIN.

I left!!!! The description said breakfast ..it was a to go bag with a granola bag????. No Ice, no information about churches, very long walk to my room. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Girl at the counter was rude and clueless...could have cared less. If i was charged I will dispute ...the internet also said no cancellation fee, and I could not wait to get out of this dreary, no lobby dirty place.

This location needs some attention. It is clear that it needs more than just a new layer of paint to fix some of the issues. The ceiling above the fridge in our room had mold coming thru the paint. The refrigerator door would not close all of the way without having to jam it over the top of the light switches. We opened the cupboard to find the trash can and discovered that it had not been emptied from the previous guest and it was full. The rooms are very outdated. The room inwas in had a smoke detector that constantly beeped. I had to change my room in the middle of the night
