Bugs gross There were bugs all over. I left in the middle of the night and stayed at my office

The room stunk n the furniture was badly damaged. The bed was not comfortable at all. I would not stay again or recommend.

Clean the place! This property need a coplete cleaning and repair work. I have stayed at many Extended Stays and this is by far the worst I have ever seen. We waited for at least a good 10 minutes for sombody to get to the desk to check us in. Breakfast was more of a "grab a snack" type situation. The overall condition and cleanliness was just awfull. I expected better from and Extended stay.

The room with bugs Hotel was not at all complaint to standards described by Hotel.com. There was foul smell all around the floor, few people who have been staying for long term where very noisy. The bathroom bugs and cockroaches. When I reported all these to front desk, they said we are sorry and we can’t do anything about it.

Disgustingly unclean and unprofessional. Stay away This was the first time I stayed in extended stay America and the last. Reached around 10 pm. I was given one room, as I walked towards the room, the entire walkway was dingy and smelly. Room was not even cleaned, bed was slept in , towels all over the place. Filthiest hotel I’ve stayed at !!!!!!! Deplorable & badly maintained. I’ve been in roadside restrooms that are cleaner than this place.
