Waited 20 minutes for ANY staff to show. Then he says they are over booked & a reservation means nothing. NEVER AGAIN.

My room didn’t have a garbage can, a half of roll of toilet paper, the sofa bed was broke and had no linens so we all had to sleep in one bed

Nevwr comeback . I stayed becouse don’t have where to go . Only one person working in all building??!!! I was waiting 15 min to check in ??!!! Smelling hall on good and dirty plates pans in front room doors all around I don’t know how to explain ....

Well below expectations First difficulty is that my relative was to arrive very late, basically at 2:30 am, and they won’t check-in after midnight. I was staying also and fortunately I was able to check in earlier, only because I live in the area. The trash cans still had garbage from a previous visitor, they did not do the bed or change towels next day. The breakfast is coffee and muffins, the coffee ran out early and was not replenished. Staff was friendly and helpful.... However- 3 lights in our room were not working, there was mold under the caulk in the shower- lots of mold. The bathroom didn't smell clean. The lobby was always loud. Breakfast was sparse. And TV channels were incredibly limited for families with children.

Don't stay here The area was great. The hotel room needs a major upgrade, the bathroom floor is coming up, the hot water took forever to warm up, the internet does not allow you to really work from your hotel room. I ended up going to coffee shops everyday to send emails. The people who work there are nice, that is the only plus.

After pulling in from a 12 hour drive 10p.m. at night i was told there were no rooms available even though my reservation was sumitted at least a week in advance!

The room that was showed to us prior to check-in was way better than what we actually got. The room we got had an awful stench and we had no sleep all night. I will never stay again at this property. The photos on Expedia were deceiving.
