Not so great. The folks at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The room the first night, however, wasn’t very clean, the posters in the elevator were advertising Christmas activities (I was there in May). Second night, different room, room hadn’t been cleaned at all Overall not a great experience. On the bright side, the attendant gave me the second night free after personally finding a clean room.

Never again Even though I made a reservation with hotels com and paid in advance for the room, by the time we went to check in, they had "no clean rooms" available and told us hotels.com would need to provide us a refund. Will NEVER book at Extended Stay ever again as they clearly have no concept of a RESERVATION.

Unfortunate choice We arrived late as we had to work,when we arrived we were told our room had been given away .We had prepaid for suite w 2 queen beds . We were told they overbooked . Not my problem ! How do you give someone our paid room ? After the front desk person talked to a manager they offered 2 rooms next to each other . We were traveling as a family with children , not going to separate our rooms as we are in an unfamiliar city and area. They then offered a king size room with fold out sofa . I paid for this room around 4pm i think & I've never not followed through on my reservations, I'm upset that I did NOT get what I asked & paid for. The fact that they randomly ran out of smoking rooms is annoyin; having to go in & out of the building in this weather. everything was clean & bed comfy but the heater was literally right next to the bed. I would like to continue staying at your location if you could please notate the account for them to give out my room

“Breakfast” was misleading. Coffee was available until 9:30am - that was “breakfast”
