Wrong bed I was to get a queen size bed and we got a full size and nothing was done about it

The outside of the property was very clean and new looking, once you step inside it is a different story. The rooms have not been well maintained and there is broken caulk lines everywhere the wall was falling apart. It was just pretty disgusting.

Never again. Stayed due to no heat at home during the Polar Vortex. Got to room, no remote, no blankets on bed and no outlets worked to charge my phone. Had to pack up and move to another room. Second room had half eaten sandwich in fridge. Dirty shower. Hair coming out of floor drain. Wall paper on tiles are peeling off. Water takes 5 mins to warm up. Never. Again.

The hotel room that was given to us was extremely dirty. Crumbs all over the floor the chairs were dirty, the cover had a stain, spider webs in the corner, kitchen area was nasty , the room had a horrible smell to it. The room literally made my skin crawl. We were only there for 5/10mins then checked out.

I was shocked how filthy the room was: bugs crawling on the counters, mold in the shower. Equally disgusting were the common spaces which weren't clean and smelled terrible.
