Bugs The was stay was gone fine until we discovery a roach in the bathroom. tub which turn stay not pleasure at all we not stay again.

Very dirty hotel - Time for a Renovation The room was dirty, trash was left didn't think the room had been cleaned, paint peeling tile badly chipped, this place needs a renovation big time, should be advising people of the status of their rooms - terrible.

Pavimento appiccicoso in camera dove non c'é la moquette , scarafaggi sui mobili, cimice morta sotto il letto, se ti serve un asciugamano pulito devi richiederlo alla reception (lo prendono da un cassone dove sono riposti alla rinfusa) . No one was at the front desk. Waited about 5-10 mins to check in. The shower head had mildew on it. I was pretty nasty.

This chain will never get our business again. We were within minutes of changing hotels; that's how disappointing the accommodations were. Room Service was every other day, so we had to obtain our own fresh towels. The room was old and musty and clearly furniture was missing (i.e., the bedside lamp hung in mid-air where a matching end table to the one on the other side of the bed should obviously have been). Im not sure why i gave this place a second chance. The rooms just have this feeling of being slimey. Microwave was broken. Was told nothing could be done as there was no maintinance man available. No iron or ironing board. Cabinet laminate was water damaged. Tub glaze worn off. Sketchy charactors staying there. A fight broke out 2 rooms away at 1:30 am that lasted over 2 hrs. The staff were nice. But the rooms looked filthy and dodgy. The carpets full of stains all over, and the sinks dirty. The first room we checked in, its toilet flush was not working, its sink was clogged. We had to then move our stuff to another room which looked even more dodgy than the first.
