watch your card/bank activity Rooms don't come with utensils to actually use the almost full kitchen. U have to call and ask for them multiple times multiple shifts until you're about to just go get take out. They illegally charged my girlfriends credit card which was used the night before and she made them put a note to not charge that card again. But next day someone charged her card for the night without any kind of consent. Signed or electronic. And then told her that I told them to charge her card. Something shady is go... read more

Some of the staff was unfriendly and at some times rude. Our room did not seem very clean there were several things that needed to fixed or replaced. The carpet was discusting to say the least. Will not be going back.

While the price was cheap, the stay was pretty awful. Horrible smells throughout the building (we thought it was overcooked cabbage or something, but a long-term tenant said it was someone smoking "skunk weed"), a lack of towels and linens (the frantic single front desk person was rarely there at night, trying to do laundry elsewhere and ignoring calls), a broken and extremely uncomfortable pull-out sofa in the room, torn vinyl tiles in the shower, a broken elevator that people got stuck in, and the skimpiest "continental br... read more

Didn't get to stay We arrived at the hotel before late check-in time cutoff and our room was gone!

My Room (245) was invested with bed bugs. My mom is in a wheelchair and she was bit in the face. I took pictures. The Assistant Manager moved our room. It was the middle of the night so I couldn't leave. I have been waiting since Friday for both the Assistant Manager and General Manager to call me back to at least comp my room. We were late for our Friday Convention because we stayed up most of the night. I am highly disappointed!!!
