The fridge was dirty and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

This property was advertised as 2.5 stars, with breakfast... there were no coffee cups the first day, the next two days there was no coffee pot of coffee cups. No coffee maker in the room. The rooms were not made up every day and I was not checked in at Extended rates, regular hotel room rates. No shampoo in the room. I had small guest in the kitchen area that were uninvited (bugs) . I usually do not make negative reviews, but I cannot help myself this time. Especially when Expedia reminded me.

No coffee/Not clean Very poor cleanliness. No dishes in a studio room at all. No coffee available ANYWHERE in the morning. Would not stay here again.

There was no breakfast, unless you count granola bars and coffee as breakfast. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. The location is good though, close to the arena we were going to for a show. The desk worker though was horrendous. Very rude to say the least!

Terrible smells and nails in the floor The lobby of the hotel was clean, however, our room was another story. We were placed in a handicap accessible room even though we didn't need one. No big deal on that front. however, when you walked into the room the smell, which I can only describe as the smell of a dead body, was over whelming. The bed was a full size and not a queen and when we sat on the edge of it together, the head of the bed literally popped up off the floor. No. Just NO. No. Just no. My flight was out of ORD was delayed overnight and this was the only remaining hotel in the area. This is a sort of “long stay hotel.” The staff is lacking, at best. The rooms are absolutely heinous. Linen smells like burnt smoke, hallways reeek of cigarettes despite a no smoking policy, the kitchen (yes, there is some sort of kitchen) leaks, the walls and doors are very thin, and the bed is just awful.
