This extended stay was very dirty! The dust all over the room was very thick and there was a very unpleasant odor, had I not been there for a funeral and had time to change hotels I would have. I changed rooms 3 times. I finally went to Walgreens and purchased Lysol wipes and fabreeze. The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding. They have a great team working there!

near O'hare, but that's all tv broken, no repair carpets dirty granola bars for "continental breakfast"

Unfriendly check in. Poor quality bed linens. The online sight said breakfast which consisted of packaged granola bars and coffee, but the coffee dispensers were empty. There was no ice machine.

I stayed in the Extended Stay America for 2 nights. On the first morning they didn't have cups for Tea/Coffee and therefore you can't take that. To my surprise the next day they didn't even setup the breakfast counter as they still didn't had the cups. Since no breakfast was served I demanded compensation for the same. Hotel management was rude and don't seem to care. I will never ever stay in Extended Stay America again.

I went there in a thunderstorm night O'Hare. Lots of unexpected guests showed up. The staffs and the PC system didn't seem to be able to handle the situation. They gave me a room with a guest already in. I returned the keycard in the morning and found out my flight was cancelled. I was not allowed to check back in. Shuttle bus only runs certain time of the day.

Not the most pleasant experience. Upon arriving at O'Hare air port I hopped on my Expedia app & booked this hotel last minute. When I arrived to the hotel the lady at the counter told me she did not have any record of my stay because it was already after midnight, I showed her the receipt on my phone but she could not help me. I was exhausted, and needed to get some rest so I ended up paying again for the stay that night. When I woke up the next morning I wanted to speak to a manager, but no one was at the counter.
