Spend a few extra bucks for someplace else Close to O’Hare, which might be one of the few things going for this place. Grab and go breakfast is pathetic, and there was no bottled water in the vending machines.

**Disgusting and Dirty, Do not stay here!!** Room smelled of male cologne and pot smoke. Bed looked to be re-made after someone slept in it. Vomit in the elevators and no amenities in the room. Trash left in the garbage and in the refrigerator. Internet was intermittent. Worst stay ever....

Why I was disappointed The bus shuttle time pick up was inconvenient, plus when the shuttle arrive there’s no one comes out or even shouts names to make sure they are not leaving behind any of the hotel guest but other bus shuttles do. The hotel said it included breakfast which they shouldn’t because all they serve is tea, coffee, bars and packaged muffins. It was a more like a morning snack not breakfast and water was given the rooms.

Aviod this place The staff was rude and not helpful in any way. there was no where to park because no one had cleared the parking lot for people staying at the facility. we had to find a shovel and shovel out a parking spot so we could stay at the facility because when we brought it up to the staff and manager we were told not our problem. when we got into our room the floor in the kitchenette and bathroom were covered with dead ants and a film from the insecticide they had used to kill them. The hotel parking wasnt clean !! There was hell of snow barring cars in the parking lot including mines i am not a happy customer i would like a refund or discount on the hotel

Worst service and absolutely don't give a crap!!!! I scheduled pick up at 8:15PM for the shuttle. They agreed and did not show up till 9:15 PM. They did not have hair dryer in the room. When I asked at check-in they said it was in the room...It was not!!! I had to go down to get it...No hand or wash towels either... The front desk didn't care and treated me like they didn't give a hoot... Staff is the worst that I have seen in 30 years...

Eh.. There’s a lot of noise at night that doesn’t help you sleep. The toilet didn’t flush for some reason. I woke up with bug bites on my left arm and leg

I never write reviews but terrible hotel - beds terrible - hard to find - they have two address next to each other and charge different prices. THERE is no breakfast. pay the extra $10 or $20 dollars and stay at a better place - the beds were from the 1970's - I can't believe anyone would pay to say there long term.
