muy malo, No tenían registrada mi reservación, gracias a expedia me dieron una habitación, estuve 6 noches nunca hicieron limpieza. ofrecen desayuno, 4 días no lo pusieron, el cuarto sucio y no de acuerdo a lo que reservé

Hotel smelled musty, moldy Breakfast at 8am was a granola bar and empty coffee urns, no kid-friendly drink

Was told there would be breakfast. Showed up early. "Ran out of breakfast." But noticed there wasnt even a dining room. False advertisement!!

The whole experience was bad. Airport hotel that stopped running a shuttle to the airport last month. A kitchenette room with not a single glass, plate, cookware, not even a plastic cup in the wrapper in the bathroom. Furniture was dusty and bed spread had stains on it. Wanted to check out and find a different place, but everything was full in the area and thought getting $ back from Expedia would be a hassle. Oh, and was there for 2 nights and they didn't even come in and make the bed on day 1. This place is the pits.

It was clean but they had no dishes to eat off of or cook with. Every Morning they were out of coffee.

Low Rating Hotel was outdated and well worn. Front desk staff was not present for checkin or checkout. Left the room keys and called later to checkout. Bedsheets were stained and had hairs on them.
