I've stayed at Extended Stays before and never had a problem. They serve the purpose of being a place to sleep at a very affordable price but this was the worst/uncleanliest hotel experience. Ants in the room, crumbs in random places in the room and also in the kitchen area, certain places throughout the room looked like they hadn't been wiped clean in ages (there was literally thick dust and dirt covering areas on tables, lamps) and a spot on the bed spread. Very rundown room. No daily cleaning and when you run out if items (clean towels:toilet paper) you have to go down to lobby and wait for someone to see you on the big tv screen to provide you with items. Bathroom ceiling caved in by the shower- floor sticky very dark room made hard to work on PC, no place to eat in the room and no dishes, utensils. Wish this was all mentioned when offering hotel in your site. Very disappointed

This property was advertised as 2.5 stars, with breakfast... there were no coffee cups the first day, the next two days there was no coffee pot of coffee cups. No coffee maker in the room. The rooms were not made up every day and I was not checked in at Extended rates, regular hotel room rates. No shampoo in the room. I had small guest in the kitchen area that were uninvited (bugs) . I usually do not make negative reviews, but I cannot help myself this time. Especially when Expedia reminded me.

No coffee/Not clean Very poor cleanliness. No dishes in a studio room at all. No coffee available ANYWHERE in the morning. Would not stay here again.
