There was a roach in the bathroom. The room smelt so bad. No daily housekeeping. Uncomfortable bed. I will never stay here again

Staff was slow to respond to guests, several folks were waiting around for the morning coffee and someone had to ask for more to be made. At check in, we needed to alert the host that we were standing in the lobby waiting for assistance. Very unusual experience with staff at a hotel.

Bad smell

It was not a clean room. The property next door had cleaner rooms.

I had booked this room for one night online and had called the hotel to confirm and to let them know we would be arriving later than midnight because our flight was not scheduled to land until 12:15am. They said they would put a note on file. Upon arrival to the hotel the lady told me that we did not have a reservation and that they only had smoking rooms available and that we would have to stay in one of those and pay for it. The room and hotel in general smelled like stale ramen. Also, it's disconcerting to have a room across the hall with the door draped in Police Line - Do Not Cross tape. The particle-board furniture is not durable nor impervious to water - the room desk was clearly affected.

Ordered non-smoking King bed and confirmed. check in they only had Smoking or handicap. We came in late on flight and called at 3 Pm to tell them to hold room they said okay. However checked in at 2 AM not good!
