Not a great time.. No shuttle. Smelled of smoke. Ripped off by a cab driver. Missed flight connection. Rough trip.

Room that we get, isn't clean. It was very small when you walk in and there was some beacon on the stove.

Horrible service The shuttle picked me up, the driver said next to nothing. The shuttle smelled like an ashtray. When I asked the driver how I was to know which building I was staying in, he said “go in and ask, if not this one walk over to the other building. I walkedover to the other building. I stood at the front desk for several minutes, when I told him I had a reservation there, he didn’t bother looking in the system, but, based on 2 other room reservations laying on the counter, he advised me to go to the other buildin... read more

South vs north and no airport shuttle Sign by the road unlit and property difficult to find. 2 locations of same hotel and named same...went to wrong one. Also expedia advertised free airport shuttle. Not true. I chose this property because of shuttle. Hotel front desk says it is only available at north (= building next to this) for higher room rate...i feel cheated.

Disappointing There was garbage in the garbage can when I arrived (including liquid from a soft drink) and I had to take out that and my own garbage during my stay, The heater/A/C was very loud and difficult to get a steady temperature. The grab and go breakfast was gone at 6:30 a.m. When I stay for a whole week, I don't expect a whole lot but I was disappointed from day 1. I'll pay a little more or go a little farther to stay somewhere else.

Not an airport hotel The hotel claimed to be an O'hare airport hotel,however they have no shuttle to the airport. The people at the desk told us they could call us a taxi in the morning. We came down to the lobby and there was a sign that said none would be on duty. The ladies in the lobby were lazy. I had to talk them into giving me a copy of my reciept. I think they were actually asleep when they were suppose to be on duty in the morning. Luckily I was able to find a taxi. This is not an airport hotel.
