Bad service and very dirty First, housekeeping wakes you up at 8 am. The front desk said it’s their policy to wake people at 8 AM Because that’s when Housekeepers comes in. And she said it with an attitude. The class of people that go there are very scary. It has local people that go there to party and drink and smoke drugs.

Checked into the hotel, the front desk person was not personable, seemed unhappy about being there. He was very short and unwelcomimg. Once in the room discovered there was no local restaurant information, no phone book. No information booklet or guide as one would normally find in a room. Went to shower, there was no hot water, and the tub wouldn't drain. When we called the front desk we were told there was no maintenance staff on-site and that nothing could be done. Completely not what Expedia indicated was provided Reserved a NON-smoking room with king size bed. Got a horribly smelly smoking room with a queen or full size bed that was very uncomfortable. Even my pajamas smelled like smoke just from staying there. Terrible and the hotel said that's how Expedia works. You don't necessarily get the room you want you get whats available. Really? Well then buy beware.

Spend a few extra bucks for someplace else Close to O’Hare, which might be one of the few things going for this place. Grab and go breakfast is pathetic, and there was no bottled water in the vending machines.

**Disgusting and Dirty, Do not stay here!!** Room smelled of male cologne and pot smoke. Bed looked to be re-made after someone slept in it. Vomit in the elevators and no amenities in the room. Trash left in the garbage and in the refrigerator. Internet was intermittent. Worst stay ever....

Why I was disappointed The bus shuttle time pick up was inconvenient, plus when the shuttle arrive there’s no one comes out or even shouts names to make sure they are not leaving behind any of the hotel guest but other bus shuttles do. The hotel said it included breakfast which they shouldn’t because all they serve is tea, coffee, bars and packaged muffins. It was a more like a morning snack not breakfast and water was given the rooms.

Aviod this place The staff was rude and not helpful in any way. there was no where to park because no one had cleared the parking lot for people staying at the facility. we had to find a shovel and shovel out a parking spot so we could stay at the facility because when we brought it up to the staff and manager we were told not our problem. when we got into our room the floor in the kitchenette and bathroom were covered with dead ants and a film from the insecticide they had used to kill them.
