Worst Check-in/ Front desk/ Hotel Rooms The Front Desk Lobby was not friendly enough and it was always loud due to some machines that were running 24 hours. The Check-in was not easy enough and I had to call you guys (hotels.com), to co-ordinate and you guys have to send a fax to confirm the reservation. I had to do the same thing when extending the stay for 2 more days. The issue continued during the check-out on Friday as well. Hotel muito fraco Não vou falar sobre o hotel pois o único ponto bom é o seu staff, que é bem atencioso. Não ficaria jamais nesse hotel.

Not good Charged for not requested service Not cleaned the room and changed towels Breakfast poor

Disappointing Stayed here for a quick day trip back and forth. Said it had been renovated. First building I was I. Terrible. Asked to be moved and got renovated building. When I got back from trip waited for shuttle and never saw it. I called several times to see if they would pick me up and. I ended up having to take a cap which they did pay for. s said the shuttle had been there and inmisses it. Only a 10-15 min drive but he would. It come Back. Will not return there

Upgrade Needed This place was short staffed, the hotel looks run down, some towels had hair and dirt on them, and service could have been better. Don't think I'd stay there again.

Smelled like a boys locker room Hotel had no room service No ice machine Fire alarm at 3:00am Elevator dirty for 5 days

Would NOT have an Extended Stay... When we got into the room we noticed a smell as if it would have been a smoking room. Soon after we realized the garbage had now been emptied, the shelves in the room were sticky, and the fan was full of dust. The windows didn't lock and the side door was propped open.

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Pathetic state of affairs The phone in our room was out of service, several lights weren't working either. There was a fire in the hotel and apparently was happening for the second time within a week. The staff did not inform us at the time of check in that we have to request the utensils if we need them in the room. "BREAKFAST INCLUDED " was a joke as they had a small table by the check in counter with some muffins on it.

Not good terrible service overall waste of your money stay down the street much better hotels
