The hotel parking wasnt clean !! There was hell of snow barring cars in the parking lot including mines i am not a happy customer i would like a refund or discount on the hotel

Worst service and absolutely don't give a crap!!!! I scheduled pick up at 8:15PM for the shuttle. They agreed and did not show up till 9:15 PM. They did not have hair dryer in the room. When I asked at check-in they said it was in the room...It was not!!! I had to go down to get it...No hand or wash towels either... The front desk didn't care and treated me like they didn't give a hoot... Staff is the worst that I have seen in 30 years...

Eh.. There’s a lot of noise at night that doesn’t help you sleep. The toilet didn’t flush for some reason. I woke up with bug bites on my left arm and leg

I never write reviews but terrible hotel - beds terrible - hard to find - they have two address next to each other and charge different prices. THERE is no breakfast. pay the extra $10 or $20 dollars and stay at a better place - the beds were from the 1970's - I can't believe anyone would pay to say there long term.

Great, friendly staff. Clean with a comfy bed. Had an issue with toilet not filling (thus not flushing) and called front desk. Maintenance arrived in under 5 minutes, fixed it, but problem recurred (due to a new anti-overflow device they had installed throughout the hotel). Windows difficult to close fully. Property could use some updating to the rooms, but it is a very good value, overall.

Below Average Hotel near O’hare The Hotel has decent rooms with kitchen. However there are some big negatives for this hotel: 1. It says it serves free breakfast, which is not true. In the morning, they will keep coffee and 5-6 muffins at reception and that’s what they call breakfast. 2. Staff at reception were very rude and didn’t entertain properly. Close to the airport The room was very dirty there was hair all over the bathroom floor in the room itself was not in good condition. The bearing was in very poor condition long overdue for a change

Close to the AirPort but the room was too old. The bed was not comfortable as it should be specially this is a hotel near a busy AirPort. There are 3 tiny pillows that when you use it, feels like you don't have pillow on your head. They Need to upgrade the whole room.
