Upgrade Needed This place was short staffed, the hotel looks run down, some towels had hair and dirt on them, and service could have been better. Don't think I'd stay there again.

Would NOT have an Extended Stay... When we got into the room we noticed a smell as if it would have been a smoking room. Soon after we realized the garbage had now been emptied, the shelves in the room were sticky, and the fan was full of dust. The windows didn't lock and the side door was propped open.

Pathetic state of affairs The phone in our room was out of service, several lights weren't working either. There was a fire in the hotel and apparently was happening for the second time within a week. The staff did not inform us at the time of check in that we have to request the utensils if we need them in the room. "BREAKFAST INCLUDED " was a joke as they had a small table by the check in counter with some muffins on it.

Everything Employee's were rude, never got our room cleaned once in 4 days, Continental breakfast was a lie.

Basic airport hotel, but poor shuttle service. One shuttle an hour isn't enough. I waited 50 minutes to get picked up at the airport to get to a hotel 2.5 miles away.

Dirty Unprofessional staff and dirty room (sigarette ashes in the tub) dirty mirrors and dusty furniture, the drawers are not clean. The pillows are so hard to sleep on and I usually don't care much about things like that. Wow..

Did not meet expectations No cleaning staff available; no kitchen utensils, dishes, etc., no clean towels available, room not cleaned daily, no breakfast other than a muffin & coffee.
