No service There was poor service and I was there for two weeks and no housekeeping touched my room. And If you wanted to use any amenities listed you had to sign things out.

smoking rooms smell, very noisy, not recommended. No on site fitness room, have to go to the other side.

Disappointing I rented the room for 3 night and I have to canceled because the place was not good.

Filthy and poorly managed I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed only one night because the room (nonsmoking) smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the carpeting was not only stained, but so filthy that it was sticky to the touch. I did not want to walk on it without wearing my shoes. The vanity in the bathroom had cigarette burns (not curling iron burns--I was a child of the 1980s and I know the difference) which had been concealed with the clever placement of the one and only wash cloth in the room. Not clean, bad smell, needs a health inspection. The room had a deep deodorant smell used to mask the urine smell coming out of the air condition unit. I can not recommend this hotel.

bare basic and poor management According to the listing, this hotel is at Chicago O'Hare airport and there is shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. We arrived at the airport at 11pm, could not find shuttle. Called the hotel and was told that shuttle service ended at 10pm. We had to take a cab, costed $27. It was past mid-night when we finally made to the hotel. I wanted to take a shower but found there was no shampoo. Had to go down to ask the staff on night duty. Would Never Go back Miserable, b-fast was terrible, there wasn't any really, no milk, no cereal, they never cleaned my room and I stayed there for four days. TV had 13 channels and you couldn't even get ESPN
