shuttle driver needs to be fired The shuttle driver was disrespectful to me wife. I am filing a complaint soon as I'm back in town.

Close to the airport When I made the reservation I was told there was free shuttle bus from airport. When Icalled from airport front desk told me that the shuttle does not come to terminal 5 and that I had to take a train to bus shuttle center and catch the shuttle to the hotel. I told him that My was in a wheelchair and there was no I could take a train to catch the bus. He said he was sorry he couldn't help. This was very unsatisfactory.Also there was no coffee mamer in. The room.

The tub and bathroom were filthy. So much so I had to clean the shower\tub before allowing kids to use it. There were no drain plugs in any of the sinks/ tubs. The locked outerdoors are a joke. We had 1 gentleman try to get into the room and 3 others knocks on the door over the course of our 1 night stay. The front desk also called twice saying that we had an authorized guest waiting for a room key. Airport Pickup in Chicago We were told we would be picked up from the Chicago Airport. They arrive every 1/2 hr. We called right away and we were told they were on there way. After 1/2 hr called again to see if we missed the ride. No we didn't. We were told that the vehicle was stuck in traffic. Another 15 minutes went by and other motels nearby this one had showed up twice or more. Still stuck in traffic. 1 hr called still stuck...it was Christmas Eve we were told. Not a good place for family They do not have room service. They have a kitchen but do not have enough utensils and what is pathetic is they do not have a scrub to wash the utensils. Breakfast is another notable service .. just grab and go breakfast with only muffins and bars.

It's not worth it! If you just need a bed to sleep and a bathroom to shower then you may consider this otherwise this place has nothing to offer. Lets start with the breakfast. The entire breakfast is laid out on a 3'X1' table. Yup, not kidding, it's no a typo. All you get is muffins and coffee. The hotel doesn't have a printer or a computer so if you need to print your boarding pass then go figure. Front desk staff is very nice. Housekeeping is horrible. My room was still dirty as well as another guests who came down while i was checking in to say his room was a mess. if they can get the rooms cleaned better and maybe some better pillows this place would be good.

Not at all what we expected, left and went to another hotel. Hotel logs and room was dirt and the non-smoking room smelled badly of cigarette odor.
