por error reserve un cuarto de fumadores y no me pudieron apoyar en cambiar el cuarto y ademas no pude hacer un check in antes de las 3pm, ademas que no nos apoyaron con cuidar las maletas, tuve que moverme con ellas.

Bad service. --The people downstairs for service were totally crazy. At one point it seemed like they intentionally took away the coffee from us- which we were entitled to in the morning breakfast. --Ruined mornings without coffee... :( --They also never came to clean our rooms (almost no room service) --Calls from the telephone provided in our room never connected. --Most of the time had to go downstairs and wait for a long time to ask for something near the table.

Hotel rooms are very nice, unless you are prepared to cook for yourself you will have to leave the hotel. Not alot of options around this hotel for eating.

Arrived late evening to check in due to flight delay, front desk clerk was very unfriendly and looked messy (like we just woke her up)
